Footprints in the Sand
A study of chaos

Chaotic patterns come from pouring black and white paint into a cup and shaking to add kinetic energy.
On a molecular level, the offset density of different pigments may force swirls of paint to move along paths of weaker connectivity.

As a study in psychology, this works explores how we projects anthropomorphic shapes when confronted with random permutations.
In research we always interfere with the subject and the process. Objectively, we can only see the traces,
the changes we leave behind us, like footprints in the sand.
